Ability to teach fundamental skills of soccer.Works cooperatively with personnel in the athletics department, attends department meetings and activities, and always represents the college positively when interacting with the community, other college departments, alumni, high school and club coaches, media and general public.Coordinate facility needs of visiting teams.Assist with coordination of travel arrangements.Organize and maintain accurate inventory of equipment and uniforms.Be familiar with and follow all policies and procedures of the KJCCC and NJCAA.Represent Cowley College and the Athletic Department in a professional manner.Assist on training of Goalkeeper and or other assignments on the field during practice and games.Maintain knowledge of offensive and defensive coaching strategies.Teach sportsmanship and set an example of good moral and physical behavior.Coordinate with Student Services for all international recruits admissions requirements.
Assists with the monitoring of daily academic reports for men’s and women’s programs.Coordinate study hall for men’s and women’s teams.
Coordinate game film recording and editing for coach and player review.
